Even though Bale has netted 70 goals in 159 games for the reigning European champions, is falling out of favour in Madrid and is often criticized by their fans.
Now, according to reports, Antonio Conte is keen to get the Welshman over to Stamford Bridge.
Reports in Spain claim Antonio Conte is looking to add a major player to his squad in January and he is targeting a shock move for Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.
The report goes onto say that Bale, who’s a target for Jose Mourinho and Manchester United over the summer, was also put on the table in a potential trade for Kane, while they also say striker Borja Mayoral – who Real value at £25 million – could be included in any deal too.
Real would have opened talks with United over the summer, but Bale preferred to remain in Madrid despite Mourinho’s rather unsubtle attempts to turn his head.
It now remains to be seen if Chelsea will table any offer to try lure him to the West London side in January.
