Arsenal and Manchester United told striker is available in January
Corinthians Deputy Director of Football Eduardo Ferreira has confirmed that Alexandre Pato is available in January – for £18.5million.
The Brazilian has been previously linked with a shock move to the Premier League, with Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur all linked with him in recent years.
Pato was once tipped to be one of the greatest strikers in European football, but due to consistent injury problems, he failed to live up to his hype.
Asking Price Revealed
He left AC Milan in order to move back to his homeland, but Corinthians have confirmed that he is available if the right offer is made.
Ferreira has confirmed that the club would sell Pato if an offer of £18.5m is made.
‘At the moment there are only enquiries,’ Ferreira told Globo Esporte.
‘But if a club comes in with an offer of €25m (18.5m), we will let him go, otherwise he will return in January.’
