The defender has claimed he would love to play for the Blues
Wolfsburg defender Dante has revealed he would like to play for Chelsea.
The Brazilian centre-back has been linked with the Blues‘ rivals Man United over the past few weeks and he was linked with a move to Old Trafford in the summer.
The Red Devils were believed to be plotting another move for the Brazil man in January or at the end of the current season but rather than return the interest, the defender has instead claimed he would like to play for their rivals!
Dante Reveals Chelsea Ambition
He claimed in an interview with FIFA:”I always dreamed of playing in a World Cup for my country.
“I would like to play in a big club like Chelsea.”
Could it mean that he would instead prefer a move to Stamford Bridge?
It is unlikely to stop United from making a move but if Chelsea also came in, he may favour a move to London over Manchester.
