We need to get Sky sports, other big sporting websites or T.V channels that Messi hasn’t scored the most goals in a calendar year. Godfrey Chitalu has with 107 goals in the year 1972 for Kabwe Warriors which incidentally is the year Gerd Muller was given the actual record of scoring the most ever goals in a calendar year but FIFA has never recognised this unbelievable record.

Chitalu won the player of the year in Zambia 5 times and claim that they can prove the Zambian international and coach has always held the record in Zambia but has never got out to the world.
