Hazard has lifted the lid on what Chelsea manager Antonio Conte told his side
The message was clear, stay patient.
The Blues  overcame the Swans 3-1 thanks to goals from Cesc Fabregas, Pedro and Diego Costa.
But Fernando Llorente netted on the stroke of half-time for Swansea to ensure the teams went in level at the break.
“In the first half, we scored one goal and it can be difficult if you don’t get another,” Hazard told Chelsea’s website.
“The other team believes they can score and they did that just before half-time, but in the second half we created a lot of chances and scored two more.
“At the end, the result was 3-1 and it could maybe have been 5-1.
“The manager said before the game that we had to stay patient. Sometimes teams come to Stamford Bridge and they defend well.
“It is up to us to find the solution and we did that.”
