Tottenham have told QPR that Jermain Defoe will cost them £6m to land, according to the Daily Mail.
With the arrival of Roberto Soldado it is clear that Defoe will get less game-time than last season and could be heading out the doors of White Hart Lane.
Harry Redknapp, currently managing QPR, has worked with Defoe before at Tottenham and Portsmouth and it is said that he would love to reunite with the striker. Defoe could help QPR reach promotion after being relegated to the Championship only last season alongside Wigan and Reading.
Daniel Levy is looking to raise funds as he is certain of Gareth Bale staying in London next season.
