It is understood that the Gunners are prepared to let Wilshere go if the price is right.
Manchester City are thought to be interested in working out a deal for the England international.
Wilshere’s career has been ridden with injuries, especially ankle problems, and these played out again this season, resulting in the midfielder only appearing 24 times for Arsenal over the season.
As well as injury trouble, Jack has been in the middle of several off-the-field controversies, including him being caught smoking.
It is understood that the Gunners may well opt to cash in on Wilshere if a club offers the right price.
Although he has no immediate plans to move on from the North London club, he doesn’t want to stick around at the club, if he isn’t wanted.

He said: “I’ve grown up at Arsenal, I’m a home-grown player and, as long as Arsenal want me, then I’m happy.”
