Juventus are reportedly chasing the signature of Portugal’s under-19 star TrincĂŁo.

The Turin outfit are keen on the u-19 Euro 2018 winner and want to bring him in, according to his agent.

“We are happy (about Juve’s interest) because Juventus is an important club and it is nice to know that we are appreciated, but a decision has not yet been taken on his future. There are other clubs that are watching him on top of the Bianconeri.

“As an agent to the boy, I can say that I am working in his interest and when it is the right time, we will look at all the proposals that are on the table and evaluate what is best for the development of his career. Until this point, all clubs interested must speak with Braga B (the second division club Trincão plays for). He is the most important player for the future of Portuguese football and it is normal that his price tag is destined to rise.”

After landing Portuguese icon Cristiano Ronaldo for a club record fee this summer, Juventus will certainly not be shy to land more men from his country.

It remains to be seen however, how the player’s future pans out as more often than not these young stars who move to big clubs too soon end up fading away.
