How could Arsenal and Aston Villa lineup at Wembley?
With the Premier League campaign done and dusted, all eyes now turn to Saturday 30 May as Arsenal take on Aston Villa at Wembley in the FA Cup Final.
The two sides have had respectable league campaigns, with Arsenal finishing third and avoiding a potential tricky Champions League Qualifier, whilst Tim Sherwood has brought Villa back from certain relegation and kept them safe in the Premier League for another season.
So far in this year’s competition, Arsene Wenger‘s side have seen off; Hull City, Stoke City, Middlesbrough, Manchester United and Reading whilst Villa have had to beat; Blackpool, AFC Bournemouth, Leicester City, West Brom and Liverpool.
Not eyes turn to the final, and here is the latest team news and our predicted line-ups for both sides.
Arsenal News and Predicted Line-Ups
The Gunners go into their record-breaking 19th FA Cup Final and could become the most prestigious club in the competition if they win it. If Arsenal can overcome Villa they would have won the competition a record breaking 12 times, one more than Manchester United.
A main thing for Arsenal this season has been consistency. Although they’ve had some injuries, in recent months, all first-team players seem to be returning and fighting for places.
The only official word so far is that Danny Welbeck is out of the final through injury, whilst Mikel Arteta, Mathieu Debuchy and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain should all be available for selection.
A potential selection headache for Wenger is coming in midfielder and up front. After a stunning goal at the weekend, Jack Wilshere would be eager for a starting role, whilst hat-trick hero Theo Walcott will also want to be starting.
However, we think Wenger will show loyalty to the team that has got them in the final and not mix things up too much.

Aston Villa News and Predicted Line-Ups
What a season it’s been for The Villains since Tim Sherwood has taken over.
Survival and an FA Cup Final. Although they will go into the game as heavy underdogs, Sherwood will have his team ready and will be hopeful they can pull off another cupset.
Villa saw off Liverpool in the Semi-Final after going behind and they will be hopeful they can stun the holders this season.
It looks like Sherwood will try and play as close to the Semi-Final team as possible and we don’t expect major changes ahead of the final.
