Striker has had stunning debut season in Premier League
Tottenham Hotspur star striker, Harry Kane, has admitted that he would reject Manchester United if they made an offer for him in the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old was heavily linked with a move away from White Hart Lane to Old Trafford last week with Red Devils manager, Louis van Gaal, making Kane his top summer transfer target.
Van Gaal is a keen admirer of Kane and wants to build a squad around the England international.
Kane Rejects Move
However, United would have to pay a large amount of money to sign Kane as the Spurs academy product is adamant that his future is at White Hart Lane.
When the striker, who has scored 21 goals in the Premier League this season, was questioned about whether hee would accept an offer from a bigger club in the summer transfer window, he said: “No, Tottenham is a big club and that’s the way I see it.
“There’s a very bright future ahead and I’m happy. The whole team is happy and we are all heading in the same direction.” he added.
United’s Summer Plans
Van Gaal wants to strengthen his attacking options this summer with Radamel Falcao leaving and Robin van Persie’s future being unstable.
The Red Devils spent a whopping £150million last summer, and has already spent £25million on Memphis Depay ahead of this summer transfer window.
Kane is at the top of the Dutchmen’s transfer target list alongside Real Madrid striker, Karim Benzema as well as Valencia star, Nicolas Otamendi, being his main defensive target.
