Arsenal legend Theirry Henry has criticised his former club and manager for not signing back Cesc Fabregas. Earlier today, the midfielder managed to complete a £30m switch to Chelsea on a five-year deal.
In the process, the 27-year old revealed that Gunners declined making a bid for him and the news has enraged Arsenal fans. It has also disappointed Thierry Henry, who couldn’t help but express his dismay at the missed opportunity.
He tweeted: “Congrats Cescky. Shame it wasn’t the red part of North London but I wish you the best.”
The move will make most Chelsea fans very happy, but it is also guaranteed to make most Arsenal fans (and former players) very unhappy.
