Goal.com reports that Erik Lamela is a major target for North London side, Tottenham.
The report claims that an inside source has revealed to Goal.com that Spurs will be doing whatever it takes to sign the Argentine winger.
Tottenham’s new technical director, Franco Baldini obviously knows Lamela very well, previously being at Roma before joining Spurs.
Baldini has made an enquiry regarding Lamela and now negotiations have begun between the two sides.
The asking price for the 21 year old is set to be around £30m.
