German side Tweet after fans win FIFA award
Borussia Dortmund tweeted a classy response to their fans winning a shared award with Liverpool fans at the FIFA Awards Ceremony last night.
Dortmund and Liverpool won their award for the united ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ sung at Anfield in April, before their dramatic Europa League quarter final second leg.
In a memorable game for both teams, Marco Reus put Dortmund 3-1 up with 25 minutes to go, grabbing a third away goal and meaning Liverpool needed to win the game to progress to the semi finals.
