United star set to stay
Manchester United are set to announce the future of Zlatan Ibrahimovic in the next two weeks- and it’s going to be good news for fans of the club.
Yes, the big striker, who currently has 28 goals so far this season, is set to stay at Old Trafford for another season.
He’s had a fantastic career that shows no sign of slowing down at the age of 35. He came to United on a free this summer from Paris-Saint Germain. He has won trophies everywhere he has played, and added an EFL Cup to his medal collection this season. United are also on course for glory in the Europa League this season.
It was reported last month that MLS side LA Galaxy were talking to Zlatan about a move.
But, according to Tuttomercatoweb, United are increasingly hopeful of extending Ibrahimovic’s deal.
Ibrahimovic dropped a big hint that he is staying when he said: “I never leave a job unfinished.
“I’m a person when I go into something I put my head 200 per cent, and I do what I’m good at. I go in, I go for the kill and I go out.
“And when I go out there is no complaints, that’s what I do.
“I always go in, do my job, and in the way that is a fair play, a fair deal, that is what I do.”
