Newcastle United defender Mathieu Debuchy, has dropped the biggest hint yet that he’s about to leave the club, by changing his official Twitter biography.
The Frenchman has been strongly linked with a move to the Emirates Stadium, to replace countryman Bacary Sagna, and with an £11million deal rumoured, things could have taken a step further after the 29-year-old changed his bio.
Before today, he had #NUFC player on his profile, but thousands of users noticed today that it was no longer there, dropping a massive hint that he is no longer a Newcastle player, or just suggesting that he won’t be very soon.
Initial reports have suggested that the deal will be announced after the World Cup.
