Arsenal defender, Mathieu Debuchy, will find out tomorrow whether or not he needs to have surgery on his ankle.
The Frenchman fell awkwardly during their 2-2 draw with Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday, and the results will come back tomorrow showing whether he will need surgery on the ankle.
It’s believed that Debuchy will miss up to three months with the injury, but it could become longer if surgery is required.
The 29-year-old confirmed on his official Facebook page that there has been no fracture to the ankle, but admits ligament damage has been done.
“No fracture but one broken ligament… I have to wait until Friday in order to know if I must have surgery.”
