Mikel Arteta eager for Arsenal Legend Dennis Bergkamp’s return to coaching role

Manager Mikel Arteta is reportedly making a concerted attempt to bring club star Dennis Bergkamp back into the fold in order to improve Arsenal’s coaching staff.

According to Football Transfers, Arteta is personally invested in Bergkamp’s return to Arsenal, seeing the Dutch legend as an essential asset to the team’s youth program.

According to the sources, Bergkamp, 54, might step in to replace Jack Wilshere as Under-18 coach if the former Arsenal midfielder decides to seek coaching options elsewhere. If this trade goes through, Bergkamp will return to the Emirates Stadium, which has caught the interest of fans.

Bergkamp, who won the Premier League three times and the FA Cup four times during his playing career with Arsenal, is already well-known for his coaching abilities. From 2011 to 2017, the Dutchman worked as an assistant manager at Ajax, where he helped to develop young players.

Recognizing Bergkamp’s abundance of knowledge and abilities, Arteta is eager to incorporate the former striker into the coaching setup. Bergkamp’s return to Arsenal, albeit at the youth level, is considered as a positive step for the club’s future, with 315 Premier League matches, 87 goals, and 94 assists to his record.

Should negotiations prove successful, the Gunners faithful can look forward to witnessing the reunion of Arteta and Bergkamp, as the two aim to instill a winning mentality and foster the growth of the next generation of Arsenal stars.
