Mourinho: No job could take me away

With speculation rising about the potential move to manager Manchester United, Chelsea boss, Jose Mourinho, has dismissed any move will happen, insisting that ‘no job’ could take him away.

Mourinho is one of the many names linked with the vacant managerial position at United, after David Moyes’s sacking earlier this week. But Mourinho says that he has no intention to leave the Blues, no matter what opportunity arises.

‘Of course not. How can somebody think about it?’ he said. ‘I left Real Madrid to come to Chelsea specifically, no job would remove me from Chelsea.

“I signed a four-year contract with Chelsea. “I told Chelsea they never have to worry about me because I don’t want to leave. I stay as long as the club wants me to stay.”

Not only Mourinho, but Carlo Ancelotti and Jurgen Klopp also seem to have ruled themselves out of the managerial position at United, insisting that they are happy at their clubs. Netherlands boss, Louis Van Gaal, remains favourite for the job.
