Ex Chelsea team doctor Eva Carneiro is set to lodge an individual legal claim against Jose Mourinho.
The team doctor, left her role in September after treating Eden Hazard without being told to do so by the Chelsea boss.
Now Carneiro had opened a fresh law suit against Mourinho.
The case will start upon the 52-year-old this week, this means Mourinho will have to attend an employment tribunal before the trial.
Under employment law, an individual can be personally liable for damages if evidence is given.
After the incident Mourinho branded Carneiro as ‘weak’.
The Premier League champions have lost six times in the Premier League this season compared to just four defeats last term.
