Juventus have confirmed the signing of Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
The Welsh ace is set to join the Serie A champions next summer.
Serie A giants Juventus have confirmed that Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey will join them next summer. The Welshman was linked with a move to the Italian club for some time now and has finally signed a pre-contract agreement with the Bianconeri, as per the reports. The deal will see him stay at the Juventus Stadium for the next four years.
The Serie A champions released an official statement announcing the arrival of the 28-year-old at the club, which read, “Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that a contract of employment with the player Aaron James Ramsey, effective as of 1st July 2019 and expiring on 30 June 2023, has been signed. As a result of the registration of the player, Juventus will incur additional costs of € 3.7 million, to be paid within 10th July 2019.”
The former Cardiff City midfielder joined Arsenal in 2008 and had an illustrated career at the Emirates Stadium. He spent more than a decade at the north London club, making almost 400 appearances for the Gunners. He scored a total of 64 goals for them and also notched up 67 assists for them to show for his efforts at Arsenal.
