French Ligue 1 sides PSG and Monaco will test Chelsea’s resolve by bidding for out of favour goalkeeper Petr Cech this summer, according to The Daily Mail.

The Cech Republic international has had his future thrown into doubt of recent late, with Jose Mourinho opting to bench the stopper for the 3-1 win at Burnley in favour of Thibaut Courtois starting the game at Turf Moor on Monday evening.

32 year old Cech has been a stalwart at Chelsea having signed for the club from Rennes in the summer of 2004, with Cech’s future still very much up in the air, with transfer deadline day nearing ever closer.

And this could see both PSG, and Monaco bid for the shot stopper, who has one year remaining on his current deal.
