Raheem Sterling’s agent, Aidy Ward, says the rumours surrounding the Liverpool star’s future have been ‘blown out of proportion’.
Sterling, 20, is going to tell his agent that he wants to leave Anfield with him yet to sign a new contract offered to him by the Reds.

Manchester City are the favourites to sign the England international and manager, Manuel Pellegrini, wants to bolster his attacking options for next season but The Citizens face tough competition from Premier League rivals such as Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United.
Sterling, who is Jamaican-born, is set to have further talks with Liverpool boss, Brendan Rodgers, over a new and improved deal for him to stay at Liverpool beyond this season, according to his agent, Ward.
Agent Speaks Out
Ward told talkSPORT: “The story has been blown somewhat out of proportion.
“Raheem and his representatives have a meeting scheduled with Liverpool later this week, and we will take proceedings from there.” he added.
