Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has reportedly told on-loan striker Romelu Lukaku that he can join Tottenham Hotspur in the Summer, but only if he manages to sign Atletico Madrid star Diego Costa.
Lukaku, who has enjoyed two successful loan spells with West Bromwich Albion and Everton, could be sold in the Summer in order to raise funds for the Costa deal, and according to reports Spurs are highly interested in signing the 20-year-old.
It is believed Lukaku want at least £20million for the Belgium powerhouse, which would see them make a £2m profit on the striker after they splashed out £18m on him a few seasons ago.
Despite not seeing Lukaku as the future at Stamford Bridge, Mourinho is still eager to sign two strikers before he allows him to leave, and Costa is the number-one target for the Portuguese-man.
Throughout his loan-spell at Goodison Park, Lukaku has had a few bad things to say about Mourinho, and likewise the other way around, so it appears that his future at Chelsea is all-but set in stone and White Hart Lane could be his destination.
