Tottenham Hotspur are ready to offer Harry Kane a new contract worth around £100k-a-week, double what he currently earns.
The recently-capped England international has been in superb form this season for Spurs, scoring 19 Premier League goals, and the club are now set to reward him for his fine form.
The 21-year-old, who scored 80-seconds into his England debut against Lithuania on Friday night, was only earning £5k-a-week 18-months ago, but this season has been a stand-out one for the striker and he is now set to be offered a deal worth £100k-a-week.
Kane currently earns around £50k-a-week, but this new deal would make him one of the club’s highest earners.
