Could the Spaniard be on the way to Italy?
It’s thought that Manchester United could be ready to use Juan Mata in their negotiations to sign Paul Pogba.
The France midfielder left United in 2012 after a dispute with Sir Alex Ferguson over playing time.
And he has since gone from strength to strength, becoming among the best in his position with a reported value of £78million.
Mourinho, who sold Mata to United while was Chelsea manager, is now ready to move the midfielder on again as he looks to pay a little less cash for Pogba.
One potential complication for United could be Real Madrid’s interest in Pogba with reports saying the player is waiting to see if the Spanish giants will make a move for him.
