Jamal Lewis breathes life into the game with an equaliser in additional time! The 19-year-old, who turns 20 next week, looped a header past Willy Caballero for his maiden goal for Norwich City, sending the game into extra time. The goal was set up by Timm Klose, who collected the ball on the left flank, before taking his time and firing a dead-accurate cross inside the box. David Luiz went on to block the first striker, giving Lewis space to sneak in, while Christensten was nowhere in the picture
