2023-24 Champions League season
This season has possibly been the best Champions League campaign in a long long time.
For the first time in almost 10 years, Lionel Messi did not turn up for Barcelona. There was some more VAR drama. Then there was the promise of Mbappe who told PSG he would bring back the Champions League to Paris but Bayern Munich spoiled the party.

In the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League season, Harry Kane of Bayern Munich and Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain finished as the joint top scorers, each netting eight goals. Kane scored four goals in the group stage and another four in the knockout rounds, with Bayern reaching the semi-finals before being eliminated by Real Madrid.
Similarly, Mbappé scored in all three of Paris’ home group stage matches and added five more in the knockout stages, with PSG also reaching the semi-finals before losing to Borussia Dortmund. Both players demonstrated exceptional scoring prowess throughout the tournament.
