Sanchez admits to fraud
Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez is facing time in prison after admitting to tax fraud.
The Chilean owned up to defrauding the Spanish treasury of £865,000 between 2012 and 2013 while playing for Barcelona.
However the Arsenal star is understood to have already returned the money he owed.
As a result of the repayment, he is not likely to face trial and an agreement could be reached by both parties.
Sanchez transferred funds from his image rights to Numidia, of which he owns 99 per cent.
The Arsenal man will look to put this episode behind him as Arsene Wenger’s side continue to push to make up ground in the title race. 4
