Chelsea apparently want £40million for Juventus and Manchester United target Nemanja Matic
Matic was omitted from Chelsea’s pre-season squad and on Thursday Corriere dello Sport claimed a meeting took place between the 28-year-old’s agent and Juventus’ director of football Fabio Paratici earlier this week.
Report claim Juventus are not willing to meet Chelsea’s £40million asking price, leaving Manchester United open to swoop in.

Chelsea have taken off for the Far East for their pre-season without Nemanja Matic and Diego Costa as the pair look to secure moves away from the club.
Both, along with Kurt Zouma, have been left behind as the Blues set off for China on Wednesday with Matic and Costa the headline names missing.
