Blues ready to splash £70 million to capture Juve midfielder
Jose Mourinho wants the £70 million signing of Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba before the transfer window closes on September 1.
Chelsea have concerns about the midfield partnership of Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic, and feel they would be more effective in the middle of the park with the acquisition of the France international.
Pogba has been linked with a move away from the Serie A club for some time, with Barcelona and Manchester City also after the former Manchester United man.

Pogba has scored 20 goals in 90 league appearances for Juventus, since joining the club from United in 2012.
