Jose Mourinho is on the verge of allowing Diego Costa to leave Stamford Bridge.
It is reported that he is happy to allow Costa to leave as long as he can get Antoine Griezmann in return.
Costa’s antics this season has left the boss less than pleased.
Costa has only found the net twice in ten games so far, as well as one in the Champions League.
This form is unrecognisable from last season where the striker scored nine goals in his first seven goals after arriving in the summer.
Reports in Spain are now rife over suggestions Mourinho is happy to offload him, as long as he gets Griezmann.
Chelsea have already been linked with a £40million move for the forward, and it is though Costa plus £24million would be enough to secure the deal.
