Brazilian forward suggests he could make move to Liverpool or United
Alexandre Pato has hinted that he could be making a move away from Corinthians in January.
The Brazilian striker, who has struggled with injuries for most of his career, has recently been linked with both English heavyweights. The 26-year-old recently revealed that United made a ‘really good offer’ for his services on the last transfer deadline day, and Liverpool have now entered the race.
When asked on the possibility of returning to Europe, the former AC Milan forward said: “I do not know, I hope soon.”
“At the moment there are only enquiries,” Ferreira told Brazilian publication Globo Esporte. “But if a club comes in with an offer of €25m [£17.5m], we will let him go.”
