The Rossoneri have been keen to offload the 32-year-old who has been unimpressive since he joined in January 2013, and a deal could be reached with the Craven Cottage outfit.
According to Sportmediaset.it, Fulham are looking to reinforce their defence after a torrid season in which they have conceded 48 goals in 22 games, and after a €5 million bid was rejected by Swansea City for defender Neil Taylor.
The former Parma and Bologna defender has only made six appearances in Serie A for the San Siro outfit and is also said to be in talks with Turkish side Besiktas.
