According to reports John Terry will not be handed a contract extension in the summer.
Sources claim Antonio Conte has no desire to offer the Chelsea skipper a new deal for next season as his current deal runs out at the end of the season.
However, this doesn’t mean the Blues veteran will leave the club completely rumours are surfacing that Terry could be offered a back room role as a coach or mentor.
There hasn’t been any confirmation from the Club at all, these a just reports coming out of the usual sources Sky etc, who also report Terry could be off to China next season, so take from it what you will.
Having said that, it does seem unlikely that Terry will remain a player next season and could very well retire, but they said that about Zlatan before he joined United.
