Amongst the interested parties, Tottenham are reportedly planning a £22million move for the England U21 international.
Spurs have already seen a £15million rejected by the Baggies but they could make an improved offer as Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino looks to find a strike-partner for Harry Kane.
The 22-year-old was left out of the squad during yesterday’s loss to Chelsea 3-2 at the Hawthorns and Pulis explained the reason for his absence.
“He is fine, it’s the transfer window which causes the problems. There’s loads of stuff going on in his mind, not just one club but 15” said Pulis.
Should Berahino leave before the end of the transfer window, West Brom will still have plenty of attacking options after the additions of Rickie Lambert and record-signing Salomon Rondon.

Liverpool defender Luis Enrique is a rumoured target for the Baggies with manager Tony Pulis keen on signing the Spaniard on a temporary basis.
The former Newcastle player is yet to feature for the Reds this season and has been sent to train with the reserves alongside Mario Balotelli and Fabio Borini.
Albion loaned Andre Wisdom from the Merseyside club last time round and want another Liverpool player on loan this term, though Enrique’s wage demands could prove a problem.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers only has one recognized left-back in Alberto Moreno but he is still thought to be keen on selling Enrique.
