Here we will talk about the most likely signings the top 6 will make in the summer of 2020!

It is one club per signing discussed!

Chelsea – Philippe Coutinho

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has made this his priority signing. Coutinho has formerly played in PL and was a rockstar for Liverpool. With his current spell at Barcelona flopping, Lampard wants to make him his young team’s new talisman.

Liverpool – Timo Werner

Werner openly expressed his desire to join Liverpool. With Firmino, Mane and Salah, Liverpool have a fearsome front three but Werner will add variety and depth and might just soon replace one of the three given his lofty potential. He has been tipped to be Liverpool’s big-money signing of the summer.

Manchester United – Jadon Sancho

The player has already indicated a move is on the cards to United. The Red Devils need him. In their young team under Ole, Sancho, Rashford, Bruno, Pogba and Martial can break down any team in the Premier League. United will have to break their bank for him though.

Tottenham Hotspur – Willian

Nobody can quite believe he will be a free agent. Liverpool, United, Spurs, Arsenal, Juventus, Barcelona all want him. Tottenham are ahead in the race here due to the Jose Mourinho factor under whom Willian first came to England! He would really add experience and quality in the wings at Spurs.

Arsenal – Samuel Umtiti

A defender is the need of the hour for Arteta. Who better than a World Cup Winner who knows how to play the passing, possession football from Barcelona? Umtiti will revamp the defence and might just give Arsenal the kick they need to get back to the top of the ladder.

Manchester City – Kalidou Koulibaly

The loss of Kompany and the injury to Laporte cost Pep a Premier League title fight this season. He will want to amend his way. And if City is anything we know, they are likely to go for the best, no matter the price. Be ready to watch the Napoli man rank up in Pep’s backline.
