Massimiliano Allegri has given updates on Juventus injuries and that Cristiano Ronaldo will not play in the next match.

The Bianconeri are set to face Atalanta in their Boxing Day matchup.

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has provided updates on the injuries in his side and who will be available for the Boxing Day clash against Atalanta. The Bianconeri are currently leading the points table in the Serie A with 49 points with Napoli in the second position on 41 points and would look to end the year on a high with a win against Atalanta in the next match.

The Juventus gaffer said, “Khedira could play while Matuidi has a fever. Bernardeschi, Cuadrado and Barzagli are out. Kean could be selected.”

When asked about whether superstar Cristiano Ronaldo would play against Atalanta or not, the Italian manager said,  “No, he’ll watch the match with me for the first time. He’s his best stats ever, but we want him to be in top shape in February / March.”

Speaking to the media ahead of their Boxing Day bout, Allegri opened up about what should be the ideal gift for him to receive this festive season. He said, “The Her Cup on January 16th is a small gift, but it can be the beginning. On my Christmas menu there’s both meat and fish: this is a day that unites all Italians.”
