Antonio Conte has revealed that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich’s is keen to learn everything about his work with the Blues.
The Italian has immediately made an impact to charge a title challenge for the Blues after a dismal 10th-place finish last term.
Conte has revealed how the Russian billionaire insists on learning his ideas in a bid to better understand the game.
Conte told Sky Italia:
“He’s a very demanding employer but a great football enthusiast,”
“Mr Abramovich is an employer and owner who has great passion for football.
“He wants to know and understand your ideas. He went to Austria to follow our training sessions.
“He comes to Cobham to spend time with us and watch the videos I show to my players, because he really wants to understand. I think this is wonderful.”
Chelsea are one point off top spot with Everton making the trip to Stamford Bridge this weekend to challenge their title credentials.
