Italian wants sporting director and Radja Nainggolan

Antonio Conte has reportedly told Chelsea officials he will take the job as long as he gets a sporting director and AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan.

The Italian has been hotly-tipped to replace Guus Hiddink at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season, but he’s told Roman Abramovich he wants two new additions at the club.

Conte wants Walter Sabatini from Roma as a sporting director in order to help off the field, but he also wants a Roma midfielder to help matters on the field.

Nainggolan is the man he wants Chelsea to sign and he’s told Abramovich that those are the two additions he wants at the club should he take over.

Done Deal

It’s being claimed that the deal to take Conte to Chelsea is a done one, with the two parties having two sets of negotiations.

Conte will join Chelsea after the summer’s Euros and he is hoping to be followed by the Roma duo.
