Roma’s Mattia Destro is contemplating a move away from the Italian capital, with Chelsea and Arsenal both interested.
The Italian striker has only been used sparingly so far this season, starting just five times and finding himself on the bench more often than not.
Roma managed to keep hold of Destro last summer, but it remains to be seen whether they can in January.
Destro, in a recent interview refused to rule out the possibility of a transfer.
“I can only do my talking on the pitch. Some people speak with their voice, I speak on the field,” he said.
“I try to score goals when I have the opportunity. [Should I be given more opportunities by the coach?] That’s up to the coach. I think with my head, I make decisions with my head. So we’ll see.”
Destro is just 23 years old, but has made just 7 appearances for his country since his debut in 2012, and wasn’t a part of the Italian World Cup squad.
