Ramsey is in the final 18 months of his current deal and is yet to agree a new contract.
Arsenal fear that there could be some issues with coming to an agreement with the Wales international following Mesut Ozil’s new deal that sees him earn £300,000 a week.
The Gunners after having signed Mesut Ozil on a new contract extension, and also deeply changing the team’s face during last winter window by signing in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan and being able to replace the sales of Alexis Sanchez and Olivier Giroud, Arsenal management, according to latest UK news, have started deal extension talks with the 27 year old Welsh international midfielder Aaron Ramsey.
The Welsh midfielder has picked it up this season with his excellent hat-trick (his first ever career hat-trick) against Everton on Saturday.
Former Cardiff City midfielder player has been a bargain signing after beating their Premier League rivals Manchester United for his signature in 2011.
Aaron Ramsey has been a steady powerhouse in the midfield for Gunners since 2011/12, his versatility – ability to play on the wing on either of the flanks, attacking midfield and central midfield roles has made him a fan favourite among the Londoners.
Ramsey is currently on a deal with Arsenal Football Club until June 2019.
