Arsenal have been given the green light to sign Palermo striker, Paulo Dybala, at the end of the season after the Italian club are resigned to losing him.
The Argentinian has become one of Europe’s hottest properties in recent months and has caught the eye of three Premier League clubs: Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.
The 21-year-old has netted 11 goals in 20 games so far this season and has already been told by the Italian club that he can leave if he wants to with the club’s president aware that financial powers elsewhere will lure the star away.
However, the Serie A side are holding out for around £30million for their star striker.
