Arsenal are plotting a £51m triple transfer move.
Southampton’s Morgan Schneiderlin, Loic Perrin of St Etienne, and Sporting Lisbon’s William Carvalho are being targeted for a move to the club.
Schneiderlin (£25m) and Carvalho (£20m) are seen as potential replacements for Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta in midfield.
Perrin may be acquired for £6m to provide cover in the centre of defence.
The Gunners recently loaned forward Lukas Podolski to Inter Milan.
