Premier League side Arsenal are preparing a £2million bid for Rubin Kazan striker Sardar Azmoun, who has been labelled as the ‘Iranian Messi’.
The 19-year-old is currently impressing in Russia and is being bigged up as one of the most promising talents coming out of the country, and due to this, he is being closely monitored by some mega-European clubs.
Italian duo AC Milan and Juventus have previously been linked with the forward, but it appears that Arsenal are leading the race for his signature.
According to numerous reports, The Gunners have made a formal bid for the Iranian, which is believed to be around £2million, and after scouting him on international duty, the English side are keen to bring him to the Emirates Stadium.
Azmoun has admitted to the Russian press that he is flattered by the interest shown by Arsenal and if a move is on the cards, it would be a dream for him.
