Brazilian international Paulo Henrique Ganso, 22, has refused to sign a new contract with his current club Santos F.C according to reports.
London club Arsenal are looking to strengthen their midfield as their star player Jack Wilshere looks likely to be out until at least September after having been out injured for close to a year. To cover for him Arsenal are now reportedly looking to make an offer for Ganso, who together with Neymar is one of the star players of Santos as well as the Brazilian league.
Arsenal scouts will watch the young playmaker in the Olympics after which they may recommend Wenger to sign him, and have already been in contact with Ganso’s lawyer over a possible deal.
