Arsenal are preparing to make a £10m bid for Kevin-Prince Boateng. The midfielder looks likely to leave Schalke this summer, with his current deal up in 18 months.
He could be available for just £10m and Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is reportedly keen to make a bid of around that amount in summer to try and lure the ex-Spurs man to the Emirates stadium.
He hasn’t managed to score in 16 games and could soon be looking for a change of scenery, with Inter Milan also interested.
At 27 years-old, Boateng is in his prime and Wenger is hoping to to capitalise on his low value in summer with a bid. However, there is still the remainder of the season to go before the next transfer window and if he improves, then his price-tag could increase to more than the current asking price of £10m.
