Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is keen on making a triple signing in January, with; Sami Khedira, Julian Draxler and Anderson Talisca all on the Frenchman’s radar.

The Gunners boss splashed the cash over the Summer on making five signings, but with ÂŁ70million still left reportedly in the bank, Wenger may be set for another spending spree in the New Year.

According to reports, Arsenal are already closing in on signing Sami Khedira from Real Madrid, with some suggesting that a ÂŁ100k-a-week contract has been accepted with just the transfer fee to be arranged between Arsenal and Real Madrid.

Wenger has been monitoring Khedira since the Summer and was close to signing him then, but the deal collapsed due to wage-demands.

As well as Khedira, Wenger is also keen on signing Benfica starlet, Anderson Talisca, who is also wanted by Chelsea and Liverpool.

The Premier League trio are all prepared to spend around ÂŁ18million on the midfielder, who has scored six goals in seven games for the Portuguese club, and it’s believed that Wenger has already sent scouts on to Portugal to watch the 20-year-old.

The third target of Wenger’s is Schalke play-maker, Julian Draxler, who is also wanted by Manchester United and Chelsea.

Arsenal were keen on signing the German last January, but the two clubs failed to agree on the asking price, and a potential deal collapsed.

However, with money still left in the bank, Wenger is ready to spend up to ÂŁ38m on the attacking-midfielder.
