Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is set to choose between moves for either Edinson Cavani or Paulo Dybala in January.

The Gunners have been linked with a move for Cavani for some time, having missed out on the Uruguayan after he signed for French Giants PSG at the beginning of last season.

The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from the French capital hence his frustration of being played on the wing instead of through the centre of the pitch. And it is understood that Arsene Wenger is keen on taking advantage of the situation in France, with a reported ÂŁ50 million bid set to be put on the table, which is believed to be enough to convince PSG to sell.

Wenger also hinted at a move for Palermo youngster Paulo Dybala, who has been labelled as ‘the next Sergio Aguero’. The 21-year-old is almost set for a move to the Premier League in January, but it remains unclear as to who he may be joining, with Liverpool and Manchester United also interested in the Argentine.

However, Palermo have asserted that Dybala won’t be leaving for a fee under the region of ÂŁ31 million and it is believed that Wenger is reluctant to spend that amount of money.
