After a nightmare week for Arsenal and Arsene Wenger, things seem to have got worse for the Frenchman as it’s believed that several of the coaching staff have raised questions regarding his managerial methods.
The Gunners threw away a three-goal cushion on Tuesday night in the Champions League against Anderlecht and then lost to Swansea City on Sunday after being 1-0 up with just 15-minutes left, and after the game, eyebrows were raised by some members of the coaching team.
Arsenal were 3-0 up on Tuesday with half-an-hour left before drawing 3-3, whilst they once again got caught out at the weekend due to over-committing players and going for further goals.
After seeing the team collapse twice, assistant manager, Steve Bould, reportedly questioned Wenger and told him to start toughening up the defensive issues, but apparently, those words have fallen on death ears.
Wenger has been heavily criticised by former-players in the recent week, and it’s believed to have carried over to the backroom staff at the Emirates Stadium.
