Premier League trio Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool have been dealt a blow with the news that Bayern Munich are not willing to listen to offers for Xherdan Shaqiri.

Shaqiri, 22, has repeatedly been lined with a move away from the Allianz Arena in recent months.

But Bayern manager Pep Guardiola is adamant that he will not be sold in the January transfer window.

When asked about Shaqiri and Emile Hjoberg’s future’s at the club, he said: “I think they will stay.

“If they want something then they need to speak to Matthias Sammer.”

Midfielder Shaqiri joined Bayern in 2012 from Swiss side Basel for 11.6m Euros. He has 41 caps for the Swiss national side.
